I enjoyed my stay here, especially because it was just under 2 km from Yorktown Center for shopping and a short distance to Ty Warner Park, where I loved taking leisurely walks and soaking in the lovely green views. the hotel felt welcoming and was perfect for my needs as it had a small kitchen for easy meals and was pet-friendly, making it feel like home.

Had an awesome getaway with my friends! We visited The Morton Arboretum and Oakbrook Center, and the full kitchen made it easy to prep meals. It's a cozy spot that feels like home. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use better maintenance for hot water.

Ran into an issue with hot water during checkout. Called the front desk, but it made for a rushed experience.

The spacious studio allowed us to whip up our favorite meals, making it feel like home during our stay. The kitchen was a delightful bonus!

Unfortunately, the noise from outside disrupted our sleep. sirens and late-night chaos made the nights difficult. It was exhausting.

Nice stay, but where's the hot water?

So, we spent 6 nights in a studio suite with a kitchen – kinda cool! The staff were super nice, but we had a rough time when there was no hot water during shower time. Oh, and the place had a funky smell at first, which wasn't awesome. Plus, the bar area was a nice touch for relaxing after a long day.

It was a bit unsettling at times. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi. it didn't work during our stay. Overall, facilities were well-kept, but the noise and Wi-Fi issues were significant inconveniences.

Look, the gym was small but the service? Flawless. The front desk staff were always willing to help out, real pros. They brought me towels right when I needed them -- no waiting around. Plus, the breakfast was solid, kept me fueled for the day ahead, every morning was fresh.
